Our Guesthouse is just a 3 minute walk away from the cable car to the Almenwelt Lofer - Austria's best family ski region: ideal for beginners, children and good skiers alike. There are also plenty of other activities in the winter (cross country skiing, walking, sledging). It is a great winter holiday for everyone!
At our Bed and Breakfast you will be personally looked after by Melinda and Kevin.
We are always at your disposal to help make your holiday a success, such as finding the right activities, giving you tips to discover "hidden gems" or famous sites, making recommendations on cuisine, even helping you with your equipment.

- Are non-smoking, pet-free, and have fast and free WIFI
- There is free parking at our house for 1 vehicle per room/apartment.
- The beds are 200 cm long by 180 cm wide, with comfortable, new mattresses, high-quality bedlinen, dust and mite-protection against allergies, and 2 big pillows per person
- The bathrooms are modern, with shower, toilet, sink with hand-soap, big mirror and hairdryer
All our apartments
- The living room offers a dining table, a sofa, as well as a big flat-screen TV and DVD player.
- The kitchen is equipped with ceramic stove-top, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee-machine, toaster and a microwave with grill function (there is no oven). As well as a full complement of cooking vessels & utensils, and tableware.
- We provide basic staples such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, coffee filters, paper towels, salt and oil, and all our guests receive a brand-new cutting board and sponges.
Our house
- Our coffee machine, located in the Breakfast room, is available from 7 am until 9 pm.
- Our Honesty Bar, with snacks and beverages, is located in the games room.
- When it is time to relax, we have a sauna and a games room, (with billiards, table football and a selection of board games), as well as a large library of books and DVDs.
- Our Ski storage and Drying room offer storage for sport jackets, skis and boots, and other sports equipment.
