The balcony faces north and looks over the backyard: here you can enjoy the gentle rush of the Saalach River that runs just behind the trees.
Of course, we provide a set of towels, bed linens, and a hairdryer.
The Apartment is located on the first floor.

The apartment is non-smoking, pet-free, and has fast and free WIFI.
There is free parking at our house for 1 vehicle per apartment.
The living room offers a dining table, sofa (which can serve as bed for a small child, please enquire in advance), as well as a big flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The beds are king-size (200 cm long, 180 cm wide) with comfortable, new mattresses, high-quality bedlinen, dust and mite-protection against allergies, and 2 big pillows per person.
The bathroom is modern, with shower, toilet, sink with hand-soap, big mirror and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic stove-top, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee-machine, toaster and a microwave with grill function (there is no oven). As well as a full complement of cooking vessels & utensils, and tableware.
We provide basic staples such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, coffee filters, paper towels, salt and oil, and all our guests receive a brand-new cutting board and sponges.
The apartment is self-catering. We also offer a fresh breadroll delivery service - please inquire on check-in.
Facilities in our house
- Our coffee machine, located in the Breakfast room, is available from 10 am until 9 pm.
- Our "Honesty Bar", with snacks and beverages, is located in the games room.
- When it is time to relax, we have a sauna and a games room, (with billiards, table football and a selection of board games), as well as a large library of books and DVDs.
- Our Ski storage and Drying room offer storage for sport jackets, skis and boots, and other sports equipment.

Please note
Check-in is from 4 pm until 8 pm, check-out is until 10 am.
To make everyone's vacation as comfortable as possible, we have set some house rules.
- Please note that there are no parties allowed, and any behavior that is not aligned with a quiet and friendly atmosphere , or may disturb other guests, will not be tolerated.
- Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
- Please leave the apartment in the same condition as on arrival (see details).
- Please do not store any sports equipment in your room: this is what the Ski storage and drying room are for.
