The "Summer Card", officially called the Salzburger Saalachtal Card, gives you free entry once a day EVERY DAY to: 

• Cable car to the Loferer Alm
• Swimming pool in Lofer
• Seiseberg Gorge
• Vorderkaser Gorge
• Lamprechts Cave
• Bus ride to Salzburg/Zell am See and back
• Public transportation in all of Pinzgau

There are discounts for many other attractions, e.g. Steinplatte Triassic Park, Archery at Waidring, Family Rafting, etc. 

We have a covered storage area for  bicycles and motorbikes behind the house where it is not visible from the street and is sheltered from the weather.

Yes, we have free parking around the house. There is enough space for one vehicle per room.

Sometimes it rains... It is awesome for nature; however, it might not be so comfortable for outdoor activities. But do not worry! We have a sample of activities that you can do in rainy weather, and we are always happy to help out (umbrellas, ponchos, etc). Check out our detailed rainy weather suggestions in the link.

We can provide one extra bed per room for a child under 18 yrs. We have a limited number of extra beds, so: 

The extra bed has to be requested and approved by us in advance. 

Please note: children under 14 yrs are not allowed to stay overnight alone, without adult supervision.

Our high-quality bedlinen is designed to protect against dust. We use down bedlinen in the winter, but we can change a few to polyester pillows and comforters - please ask us in advance!

No pets are allowed in our house. 

Haus Patricia is a place for relaxing and recharging. Therefore, any behaviour not aligned with a wholesome, relaxing atmosphere, or behaviour that may disturb or offend our other guests can not be tolerated. As groups tend to be loud, groups and parties are not allowed.

Check-in is from 4 pm until 8 pm. 

Check-out is from 7 am until 10 am. 

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance. We try to accommodate all arrival times, but if you arrive before 4 pm, we cannot promise we can check you in right away. Check-in after 8 pm is not possible.

We only offer breakfast at our house, but we can recommend several restaurants that are only a few minutes walking distance from us.

All our rooms face the mountains, but also the street. Even though our house is offset from the street, the traffic noise can be heard with open windows. Some might find this disturbing and chose to close the window.

Interestingly, the noisiest traffic is typically locals: farm tractors and the small motorcycles of kids and commuters. Every working village in the Alps, regardless how small or remote, will have this type of noise.

Warm beverage and food preparation devices are not allowed to be used in the rooms and bedrooms. 

We provide a coffee machine in the breakfast room for free until 9 pm. There is a water boiler and a microwave available 24/7 in the Games Room.

Food, drinks are permitted to be consumed in the rooms as long as they are consumed with care. If care is not taken, then this permission will be denied.

We only offer regular wheat and rye breads at our breakfast, because we are too small to be able accommodate special dietary needs. However, we are happy to safely store your special items, and serve them to your breakfast table.

In our rooms we do not have fridges, but we have a guest-fridge in the Games Room you can use. 

In our Apartments there is a fridge in the kitchens.

All our rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (balconies, in front of the entrance, etc).

Yes, all our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. 

We have a UK-plug converter in every room.

All our apartments have a dishwasher, and we provide the basic staples, like dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and oil, etc. We also provide a brand-new cutting board and sponge for all our gests!

Melinda and Kevin are both tested once a week, so we can take the required measures in case of an infection (so far, we were always negative :)) We also have several safety-measures in place, and are compliant with the recommendations of Austrian Health Ministry.
