• No smoking allowed inside. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas (by the entrance and on the balconies/terrace).
• Sport Gear: Please hang up your wet clothes in the Ski Room downstairs. Ski Equipment, incl. Skiboots are only allowed to be carried in through the back door. No Ski Equipment is allowed in the rooms, or to be carried through the house. Bicycles are not allowed inside (there is a BikePort behind the house), and please take off your cycling shoes with cleats at the entrance (we can provide house shoes).
• Youth: parents are fully responsible for children. In addition, as per Austrian regulations,
• Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to be in the Games Room (Stube) and are not allowed to use the Sauna without adult supervision.
• Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to spend the night without adult supervision.
• Parties, groups: behavior not aligned with a wholesome family atmosphere, or behavior that may disturb or offend our other guests will not be tolerated. Groups are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.

• Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment / double room in the same condition (*) as on arrival.
• Damages: guests are responsible for damages caused.
• Please report anything wrong upon arrival: everything in the apartment/room is clean and sanitized, and every item is in proper working order when you arrive. If this is not the case, please report it immediately so we can address the failure.
• If an accident happens, please report it immediately. We understand that accidents happen (for example a cup breaks) - please let us discuss these when they occur. If we find anything damaged after check-out, we will charge a compensation for the damage.
• Warm beverage and food preparation devices (kettle, nescafe, etc) are not allowed to be used in the double rooms and bedrooms. (We provide a coffee machine in the breakfast room for for a small fee until 8 pm and a water boiler + microwave is available 24/7 in the Stube).
• Food, drinks are permitted to be consumed in the double rooms as long as they are consumed with care. If care is not taken, then this permission will be denied.
• If you need to rearrange furniture, please let us know, don’t rearrange them yourself.
• Keys: guests are responsible for lost keys. The replacement cost is € 80 each.
• No Pets allowed.
• Please do not lock the main entrance doors as they also serve as an emergency exits.
• Communication: we must be able to communicate with guests in either German, English or Hungarian.

(*) Apartments: guests in apartments are responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as on arrival: e.g. all kitchen utensils left clean, spills wiped up, fridge emptied, garbage taken outside. If this is not the case, we will charge an extra cleaning fee (see next page). You can read more here.
